   • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date (or as specified on the quote)

   • In-person measurements may differ from photo estimates and could affect pricing

   • Prices are subject to change based on product availability, custom specifications, and current material costs

   • Final pricing will be confirmed only after measurement verification and order placement

3. No Obligation: Receiving a quote does not obligate you to purchase, and BCC reserves the right to accept or decline any business opportunity.

4. Quote Confidentiality: Quotes prepared for you are confidential and proprietary. You may not share quotes with competitors or third parties for competitive analysis or pricing benchmarking without our written consent.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT & PHOTO UPLOADS

1. License Grant: By uploading photos, measurements, or any content to our website ("User Content"), you grant Blind Corners & Curves, Inc. (BCC) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, and display that content for the purpose of preparing quotes, marketing, and internal business operations. You retain ownership of your User Content.

2. Your Responsibility: You warrant that:

   • You own or have permission to share all photos and measurements you upload

   • The content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

   • The content does not contain private or sensitive information of others

   • Photos are of windows/spaces you own or have authority to modify

3. Use of Uploads: Any photos you upload may be used by our team to prepare accurate quotes, understand your project scope, and for marketing purposes. We may modify, edit, or enhance photos as needed for marketing use. We will not share your original photos with third parties without your written consent, except as necessary to fulfill your quote request.

4. Removal: You may request removal of your uploads at any time by contacting us. However, we may retain copies for project records and dispute resolution.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Blind Corners & Curves, Inc. its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 1. Photo Estimates Are Preliminary: Quotes based on photos are estimates only. Final measurements and specifications are confirmed during email,phone or in-person consultation or installation assessment. Actual costs and feasibility may differ.

2. Measurement Variance: In-person measurements may differ from photo estimates and could affect pricing. We will confirm final pricing only after verification of measurements and specifications.

3. Liability Limits: BCC's liability for any errors in quotes or estimates is limited to the value of the quote itself. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or damages arising from your reliance on estimates.

TRACKING, COOKIES & RETARGETING

1. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Our websites use cookies and tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our sites and measure campaign performance.
